Square D SEF364000LSGS3A8Z Circuit Breaker; 4000 amp, 600 volt AC, 3 pole, manually operated (M/O), fixed-mount (F/M). With micrologic full-function trip unit- LSIG functions, integral ground fault, 4000 amp rating plug- cat # ARP100, ammeter/trip indicator, shunt trip (48 volt DC), 8 auxiliary switches (120/240 volt AC), alarm switch (120/240 volt AC). Used tested with report.
