ITE Circuit Breaker Company, also known as ITE Electric, was a manufacturer of circuit breakers and electrical equipment founded in the late 1800s. The company was headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was one of the pioneers in the development of circuit breaker technology.

In the 1970s, ITE was acquired by the German engineering conglomerate Siemens AG. Siemens continued to operate the ITE brand and expanded the company's product line to include power distribution equipment, motor control centers, and other industrial electrical equipment.

In 1993, Siemens merged the ITE brand with its own low-voltage circuit breaker business. The ITE name was eventually phased out and the company continued to operate under the Siemens brand.

In 2020, Siemens announced that it was selling its low-voltage electrical distribution business, including its circuit breaker division, to the Swiss engineering company ABB. The sale was completed in 2021, and the former ITE name is now part of ABB's Electrification business as a heritage brand.
